SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, subject to the conditions and exclusions stated in each offer.

When free shipping does not apply, shipping charges are automatically calculated based on the delivery location, package size, and weight. Any applicable shipping charges and taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We ship worldwide. For special requests or international shipping inquiries, please contact us with your shipping address and the product(s) you’re interested in, and we will provide assistance.

Important: Unless expressly agreed upon by us in advance, any import duties, taxes, or charges levied by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility. These fees are determined by the respective customs authorities and remain outside our control. Free shipping offers do not cover these charges unless explicitly stated.

Carriers & Tracking

We use trusted carriers including Canada Post, USPS, UPS, FedEx, Canpar, Purolator, PostNL, or similar services. All orders include online tracking, allowing customers to track their package from dispatch to delivery.

Dispatch Time

Most orders ship within 2 business days from Canada.

Made-to-order items (such as custom paintings or canvas prints) require 2–3 weeks for production before dispatch.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Canada: 1–6 business days

  • USA: 2–7 business days

  • Other International Destinations: Delivery times vary depending on location.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance, customs clearance, urban or rural destinations, and other unforeseen factors beyond our control.

Exceptions & Delays

Delivery timelines may be affected by customs processing, weather conditions, carrier network delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Support

While we are not responsible for carrier delays, we are committed to supporting our customers. If your order is delayed, we will assist you with tracking and coordination to help resolve the issue as efficiently as possible.
